We’re looking for Seasonal Customer Experience Stylists to join our stores for our busiest time of year. You’ll help customers find the perfect gift, or a little something for themselves, and make every visit feel special.

The Contract
- Seasonal contract covering our busy Christmas period
- Shifts include weekends and late-night trading
- Flexible shifts that work around you, ideal if you’re studying or looking for extra hours
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create exceptional experiences. Welcome every customer, build a real connection and make each visit memorable.
- Style and advise. Help customers discover jewellery they love, from the perfect gift to a stack that shows off their personal style.
- Make gifting easy. Guide customers who don’t know where to start, and help them leave with something they’re proud to give.
- Drive performance. Support store sales targets during our biggest trading weeks.
- Keep standards high. Help keep the store clean, well stocked and looking its best, even on the busiest days.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, confident person who enjoys working with customers
- A love of jewellery, fashion and styling
- Strong communication and people skills
- A team player who stays calm and upbeat when it’s busy
- Availability across the full contract, including peak weekends
- Retail or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential
