Eldon Square, Newcastle – FULL TIME / ONSITE
At JEWELLS, we believe jewellery should be fun, expressive, and all about YOU. We’re looking for a Full-Time Sales & Service Associate (40 hours per week) to join our team. You’ll be right at the heart of the action—styling customers on the shop floor, creating personalized piercing experiences in our studio and making every visit memorable.
No piercing experience? No worries! We’ll give you full, accredited training to become a certified piercer. What we’re really after is someone who loves people, thrives in a busy retail space, and brings plenty of energy to the team.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Style & sell – Assist customers with discovering their perfect jewellery and create stacks they’ll love.
- Pierce with care – Deliver safe, professional piercings (don’t worry, we’ll train you up!).
- Make it personal – Build connections, give styling advice, and make every visit feel special.
- Hit those goals – Drive sales and KPIS to enjoy being rewarded when you and the team succeed.
- Keep it smooth – Manage appointments, guide customers through aftercare, and keep our store looking fab.
