Who Are Jewells? We’re redefining casual luxury in the jewellery world, blending modern, trend-driven design with premium craftsmanship. Headquartered in London, we cater to the style-conscious consumer who values timeless style and sustainability. As a fast-growing global brand launched in early 2025, we’re on an exciting journey of expansion.

The Role

We’re hiring a Merchandiser to support our next phase of growth by strengthening our commercial foundations and helping to build the merchandising function as the business scales. This is a hands‑on role focused on analysis, process definition, and performance optimisation. You’ll be responsible for turning data into insight, putting structure around how we trade, and identifying opportunities as we grow. Reporting into the Head of Merchandising, this role suits someone who enjoys being in the detail, whilst simultaneously being able to step back and evaluate the bigger picture.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and implement merchandising processes, tools, and reporting to support a growing product range
  • Own sales, stock, and margin analysis, using data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Build and manage forecasts, intake plans, and replenishment strategies
  • Monitor sell‑through, stock cover, and availability, taking action to optimise performance
  • Partner with Buying to inform product decisions using performance data and customer insight
  • Support pricing and margin optimisation, including promotional and markdown strategies
  • Work closely with E‑commerce and Retail to improve trading efficiency and execution
  • Produce clear, actionable weekly and monthly reporting for leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Merchandising role (Junior Merch or above) within fashion, jewellery, or accessories.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data, forecasts, and financial metrics
  • Proven ability to build or improve processes in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to zoom out and think strategically
  • Comfortable working as part of a new team where structure is being built, not inherited
  • Proactive, accountable, and commercially minded

Why Us?

  • Be part of a rapidly expanding global brand redefining luxury jewellery.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of passionate individuals.
  • Shape the future of a brand committed to sustainability, craftsmanship, and style.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth.

If you’re data‑driven, process‑focused, and excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you. At Jewells, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
