You will bridge the gap between creative vision and operational reality, ensuring every Jewells location reflects our premium standards.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Planning & Execution

- Brand Standards: Guarantee that all graphics, signage, and Point of Sale (POS) materials are implemented. Review and approve photographic evidence of store changes to maintain a 'gold standard' across the business.
- Commercial Strategy & Analysis
- Commercial Intelligence: Utilise sales data and store insights to identify best‑sellers and underperforming categories, proactively adjusting layouts to maximise sell‑through.
- Operational Alignment: Contribute to store planning and operational meetings, ensuring all visual activity is synchronised with company goals and retail timetables.

This is not a 'maintain the standard' role – this is an opportunity to shape and elevate a brand in real time. You’ll play a key part in bringing the Jewells vision to life across our stores, creating environments that stop customers in their tracks and drive real commercial impact.
We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and obsessed with detail – someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and isn’t afraid to challenge what 'good' looks like. This role will require travel across the UK to support our store network, ensuring consistency, execution, and continuous elevation of our visual standards.
