What you’ll do:

We’re seeking a hands-on Head of E-Commerce to own and elevate our e-commerce platform, driving user experience, conversion, and profitability. You’ll take charge of the online customer journey, ensuring it reflects the luxury, elegance, and sophistication of our brand.

Website Management

  • Manage and merchandise the website, aligning product displays with stock availability and performance.
  • Monitor trends and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for optimisation and revenue growth.
  • Use Google Analytics and Shopify to track site performance and customer behaviour.
  • Plan promotional activities and execute them with cross-functional teams.
  • Own the website roadmap, focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to execute impactful campaigns.
  • Optimise third-party product feeds for platforms like Google Shopping.
  • Work alongside the digital marketing team to manage PPC and paid media strategies.
  • Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and the competitive landscape.

E-Commerce Calendar Execution

  • Plan and implement the e-commerce calendar, coordinating launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with the Brand & Marketing Director.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to deliver seamless executions.
  • Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on campaign insights.

Creative Oversight and Brand TOV

  • Lead all web creative to ensure it aligns with our tone of voice (TOV) and aspirational aesthetic.
  • Maintain consistency in luxury storytelling across banners, images, and copy.
  • Partner with design teams to create captivating digital assets that reflect our brand identity.
  • Use A/B testing to optimise visuals and copy, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement.

Front-End Customer Experience

  • Own and elevate the customer’s front-end experience, ensuring an elegant and intuitive shopping journey.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement best-in-class design practices that enhance usability and reflect luxury standards.
  • Drive personalisation strategies using data insights, tailoring content and recommendations for a bespoke customer experience.
  • Ensure the website delivers exceptional functionality and design across mobile and desktop platforms.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in luxury, jewellery, or fashion.
  • A proven track record in improving front-end customer experiences and delivering successful e-commerce campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience working with design and development teams.
  • Creative flair with a deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
