As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team, driving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day leadership of the store and develop the skills needed to progress to Store Manager.

Support team leadership

  • Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the team
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
  • Act as the senior leader on duty in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Help create a positive, high‑performing store culture

Drive sales performance

  • Support delivery of store sales targets and KPIs
  • Coach team members to maximise sales opportunities
  • Support daily performance monitoring and action planning

Deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Lead by example in delivering Jewells’ customer experience standards
  • Support customers with styling advice and personalised service
  • Ensure every customer has a positive and engaging experience

Maintain operational excellence

  • Support store operations, visual merchandising, and stock control
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance
  • Support loss prevention and operational procedures

Support piercing services

  • Deliver and support safe, professional piercing services (full training provided)
  • Ensure piercing standards, hygiene, and compliance requirements are maintained

What We’re Looking For

  • Retail leadership experience (Supervisor, Lead, or Assistant Manager level)
  • Passion for customer experience and retail performance
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commercial awareness and sales focus
  • Motivation to grow into a Store Manager role
