We’re looking for an ambitious Lead Graphic Designer, somebody enthusiastic and ready to lead creative projects across all areas of the business. This is a fast-paced, fast-growing company and you will be responsible for our creative output, reporting to the Content Manager.

You must have experience in marketing and brand design with a digital and social-first mindset. Also, comfortable managing another designer in a fast-paced, reactive, busy e-commerce environment and used to managing multiple projects through from conception to production.

Responsibilities

  • Set the creative tone and advance the visual aesthetic for the brand across all channels

  • Hands on with the creation of design assets; this could be everything from paid Ads to packaging

  • Liaise closely with Brand, Marketing, Retail & Ecom teams to manage briefs, priorities, approvals and deadlines and look after the daily/weekly plan of the creative team

  • Manage the growth of a junior Designer and overseeing their output

Qualifications

  • Extensive design experience within fashion/beauty, jewellery experience advantageous

  • PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Office, Google Docs. Premiere Pro/Xd/Sketch a bonus.

  • Ability to work with multiple departments to ensure high quality output

  • Ability to work at pace is pivotal to this role as a fast-growing start-up environment; your day will be diverse, and you’ll be joining a team that works collaboratively to get things done
