Be part of one of the world's most prestigious luxury jewellery houses. An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join our Head Office team as a Sales & Product Operations Specialist, playing a pivotal role in supporting our retail boutiques and ensuring the seamless delivery of an outstanding client experience. Working at the heart of the business, you will act as the key link between our retail network and Head Office departments, including Merchandising, Production, Procurement and Shipping. From coordinating exceptional client requests and bespoke commissions to supporting VIP appointments, exhibitions and boutique openings, you will help deliver the world-class service our brand is renowned for. This is a varied and fast-paced position that offers the opportunity to work with exceptional jewellery, collaborate with senior management and play an integral role in supporting the continued success of one of the luxury industry's most respected names.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product & Retail Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for product enquiries from our retail boutiques. Provide expert product guidance and recommendations. Support boutiques with product availability, stock information and operational enquiries. Build strong relationships across multiple Head Office departments to ensure exceptional service is delivered at every stage.
  • Special Orders & Client Projects: Manage the end-to-end coordination of bespoke commissions and special orders. Work closely with Production, Procurement and Shipping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently. Monitor progress and communicate regular updates to retail teams.
  • VIP Client Support: Prepare professional presentations and quotations for VIP clients. Assist with product selection for important client appointments. Support senior management with strategic client requests and high-priority projects.
  • Exhibitions, Boutique Openings & Events: Coordinate product selection for exhibitions, boutique openings and special events. Manage stock allocations and product movements. Liaise with multiple departments to ensure every project is executed seamlessly.
  • Aftersales & Operational Support: Support after-sales enquiries and stock-related requests. Maintain accurate product information and documentation. Respond promptly to email and telephone enquiries. Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and communication across departments.
