We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join a prestigious luxury jewellery boutique within a thriving, high-footfall retail destination. The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall performance of the boutique, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and lead from the front on the shop floor. You will be a strong presence within the team — confident in building relationships, motivating colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving boutique targets
