Administrative Assistant in 3D Printing Department

About the role
This position is primarily administrative. It involves assisting customers with placing orders for their custom designs (please note this is not a CAD design role). While familiarity with the Jewellery Industry is preferred, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. We are seeking an individual with strong customer service communication, and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a keen eye for detail, capable of working under pressure, and adhering to stringent manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Order entry
- Sending customer quotes
- Responding to customer queries by email and over the phone
- Supporting files using CAD software
- Cleaning and preparing waxes/resins for casting
- Quality control
- Liaising and working closely with other departments
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A keen eye for detail
- Customer service experience
