Hours: 1.30pm - 5.30 pm, Monday - Thursday

Salary: £14 - £18 per hour, depending on experience and skills

Job Description Duties include:

  • Provide training and supervision to mostly high school-aged trainees, along with some older learners, including individuals with SEN.
  • Develop and manage personalised training plans and Personal Development Plans (PDPs), including support with CV writing and interview preparation.
  • Support additional training areas based on individual interests, including online marketing, graphic design, customer service, administration, and business skills through a combination of online learning and practical, hands-on activities.
  • Organise and deliver workshops approximately once per month.

Experience and skills Required:

  • Training provided.
  • No previous experience required, although interest in technology would be preferred.
