Job Description:
- Attend to all phone calls and emails
- Keeping good log of ongoing activities
- Staff support
- Dispatching supervision work including juggling staff rotas
- Monitoring staff
- Storing and filling information systematically
- Billing out for ad-hoc jobs undertaken
- Carry out research on products and ingredients as requested
- Keeping on top of supplies
- Working through staff timesheets and calculating pay
- Monthly billing to customers as extracted from timesheets
Experience and skills Required:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Fluency in Yiddish is an advantage
- IT Skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Must be focused and have attention to detail
- Ability to work on their own and to multi-task
- Clean driving license and own a car
