We coordinate a trusted panel of surveyors and valuers and deliver a smooth, professional experience for brokers, lenders, and property owners. Our work is fast-paced, detail-critical, and client-facing — and we pride ourselves on doing it well.
We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and confident Instruction Manager to join our office-based team and own the process from enquiry to completion.

- Assign surveyors based on job type, location, and availability
- Monitor each instruction from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, surveyors, brokers, and lenders
- Chase outstanding tasks, updates, or documents as needed
- Maintain clear and accurate records
- Represent the company professionally at all times

- Strong attention to detail – accuracy is essential
- Confidence making phone calls and chasing updates
- Ability to manage multiple cases with calm and control
- A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Full-time availability (office-based, no remote/hybrid)
