Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage transactions from instruction to completion.
- Prepare lender presentations, credit packs, and financing proposals.
- Liaise with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and other professionals to keep deals progressing.
- Review lender terms and prepare comparisons for clients.
- Coordinate legal and valuation processes through to completion.
