Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Prepare lender presentations, credit packs, and financing proposals.
  • Liaise with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and other professionals to keep deals progressing.
  • Review lender terms and prepare comparisons for clients.
  • Coordinate legal and valuation processes through to completion.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the transaction.
  • Support onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and document collection.
  • Build strong relationships with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and introducers.
  • Analyse tenancy schedules, rental income, and client financial information.
  • Prepare cashflow models, lender comparisons, and reporting.
  • Maintain CRM records, deal trackers, and transaction documentation.
  • Support the development of internal systems and processes.

Experience and skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in UK property finance, real estate, financial services, or a related field.
