Présentation de la mission : Au sein d'une petite école familiale située près de Bram (Aude), la mission consiste à assurer des activités d'initiation à la bureautique pour des élèves de la 6e à la 3e.
But : Le but est de familiariser les élèves avec les outils de type Word, Excel, Power Point. L'idée serait de les amener à un niveau leur permettant de réaliser de petits projets simples (affiches, exposés, listings, réalisation d'un journal de classe) appliqués à des évènements concrets de l'école (tournoi de ping pong, fête de l'école, etc.).
Public Visé : Elèves de la 6e à la 3e, par petits groupes de 4 à 8.
Fréquence : 2h / semaine sur l'année scolaire.
Chronologie : septembre / octobre : phase préparatoire. Prise de contact avec la directrice, visite de l'école, élaboration des contenus pédagogiques, insertion de l'activité dans les emplois du temps. novembre 2024 - juin 2025 : mise en œuvre de l'atelier.
Pré-requis : Maîtrise de Word, Excel, Power Point et environnement Windows. Exemplarité.
Public Accompagné Durant La Mission : Jeunes / enfants.
Durée de la mission : 2 heures par semaine.
Âge minimum : 18 ans minimum.
