JET Interior Services (JETIS) is an emerging aviation interiors company specialising in high‑quality refurbishment and upholstery of aircraft and helicopter seating. With an established background in automotive interiors, we are now expanding into the aviation sector, working towards full regulatory approvals and building a strong reputation within the industry.
We are seeking an experienced and well‑connected Aviation Sales Manager to help us secure subcontracted work within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the aviation sector
- Build relationships with MRO organisations, aircraft operators, leasing companies, and private jet operators
- Secure subcontracted work for JETIS
- Negotiate and close deals
- Represent the company professionally within the aviation industry
- Proven experience in aviation sales / MRO / interiors / Part 145 environment
- Strong network within the aviation industry
- Ability to independently generate and close leads
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance and interior refurbishment processes (preferred)
- Self‑motivated and results‑driven
This is a performance‑based role with high earning potential: Commission: 10% of contract value OR 15% of profit per deal. No cap on earnings (High performers can earn substantial income based on secured contracts).
