At JetBrains, we’re building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. This platform serves as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development and is deeply integrated with JetBrains tools and designed to work across teams, products, and environments.

As part of this vision, we’re building AI governance capabilities into JetBrains Console that help organizations manage, observe, and understand AI usage across their teams. Our AI analytics give company admins and decision-makers visibility into adoption, usage, cost, and the impact of AI agent development.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for customer-facing AI analytics as part of our AI governance product. This is one of the most valuable areas of the platform – it helps organizations understand how AI is being adopted across JetBrains products and third-party AI tools, how it affects developer workflows, where friction exists, and how to make better decisions about rollout, budgets, limits, and tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for AI analytics within JetBrains Console.
  • Drive product discovery using customer research, product telemetry, usage data, and feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams.
  • Define and develop analytics experiences across adoption, usage, cost, activity, and impact.
  • Identify, define, and improve the product metrics behind our analytics, ensuring they are meaningful, trustworthy, and actionable for customers.
  • Generate, prioritize, and validate hypotheses through research, data analysis, and experimentation.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data warehouse teams to define problems, shape solutions, and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate with adjacent product teams across AI, IDEs, licensing, and administration to build coherent customer experiences.
  • Help shape the next generation of analytics capabilities, including deeper dashboards, segmentation, and API-enabled access to analytics data.

Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software.
  • Have experience building analytics, observability, reporting, or admin-facing products.
  • Have a technical background or hands-on experience with software development.
  • Are familiar with modern software development practices and developer workflows.
  • Have a strong understanding of product metrics, telemetry, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Are comfortable working with technical products and engineering-heavy teams.
  • Are proficient in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

We’d Be Especially Thrilled If You Have

  • Experience in AI products for developers, governance, compliance, or usage-based platforms.
  • Experience building products for software teams, engineering organizations, or technical decision-makers.

Why join JetBrains?

  • Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.

  • Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family.
  • Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.

  • Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
  • Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
  • Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
  • Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.

Some benefits may vary depending on location.
