The Marketing department is searching for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join one of our offices or work remotely.

As a Head of B2B Marketing, you will be working with various roles within the company to help define and execute a marketing strategy targeting JetBrains business customers, from SMBs to mid‑size and large enterprises worldwide.

Major Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy focusing on the B2B / Enterprise customer segment, considering their specific needs and challenges and the global marketing strategy.
  • Together with product teams and functional marketing teams, plan and execute campaigns targeted at the focus segment – including digital marketing campaigns, offline and online events, PR campaigns, and more.
  • Plan and execute account‑based marketing strategies designed to cater to specific enterprise accounts.
  • Participate in sales enablement activities, working closely with JetBrains sales and customer success teams and resellers to understand what content, training, and activities can help them work more efficiently with customers.
  • Oversee a high‑level marketing narrative targeted at different target personas within the B2B / Enterprise audience and coordinate content production in alignment with product marketing, internal copywriters, and external agencies.
  • Together with the marketing automation department, design, implement, and improve the leads generation pipeline to ensure quality leads reach the internal sales organization.
  • Become an advocate of the B2B / Enterprise segment of JetBrains customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Work with the Market Research and Analytics team to collaborate on market research to ensure JetBrains is on the right track to serve the focus segment best.
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, product and marketing leadership, customer support, customer success, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to targeting and serving B2B / Enterprise customers.
Required Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the B2B / Enterprise customer segment and their unique needs and challenges.
  • Successful experience marketing software or SaaS products or services to B2B / Enterprise customers.
  • Understanding of the software purchase process in companies, including decision‑making personas, the decision‑making process, and other aspects.
  • A general understanding of (and curiosity towards) differences between industry segments and cultures regarding marketing approaches and decision‑making processes.
  • The ability and desire to work efficiently in a distributed team without direct supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills and admiration of data.
  • Attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • An entrepreneurial drive with an appreciation for both the user experience and business aspects.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of proven experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in building and leading multi‑role marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with and understanding of JetBrains products or similar products from other vendors.
  • Prior experience working in IT companies or a technical background.
