Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing for Kotlin Ecosystem, you will lead the marketing strategy and execution for our Kotlin-based products, which includes Kotlin, Ktor, Kotlin Multiplatform, and more. You will be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and growth of these advanced technologies. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of languages and frameworks, excellent strategic thinking, and a proven track record in technology marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration for Kotlin and related products.
- Define marketing objectives to drive overall business goals and ensure successful implementation of company marketing plans.
- Define and enhance the brand identity and positioning of the Kotlin ecosystem in the marketplace.
- Develop compelling product narratives that highlight the unique value propositions and benefits of Kotlin solutions for both individual users and businesses.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape and define opportunities for Kotlin’s growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Manage planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content marketing, influencer marketing, events, and PR.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications
