As our new Business Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be part of the team that defines and owns the requirements for our e-commerce platform, back-office systems, and mobile apps, enabling Jet2.com and Jet2holidays to stay ahead in the market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and refine requirements by capturing them as clear, testable user stories and defining acceptance criteria aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and outcomes, using agile ceremonies such as ‘3-amigos’ and ‘Refinement’ sessions.
  • Model business processes and solutions through workflows, user journey maps, and other visual artefacts to demonstrate as-is and to-be solutions.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise by developing a deep understanding of our products, systems, and business processes, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support to teams.
  • Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts.
  • Work hand in hand with across different internal departments to understand the needs of the business and document how our systems are used.

What you’ll have:

  • You’ll have experience working as a business analyst, ideally in an agile or scaled environment.
  • You’ll have experience working alongside a development team.
  • You’ll have familiarity with an array of backlog management tools.
  • You’ll be personable, proactive and inquisitive with an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and great stakeholder management skills.
  • You’ll have experience in working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing workloads, and prioritising appropriately.
