The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will join a team which plans, manages, and optimizes budgets that drive over 50% of all bookings on the web platforms across our business. The Affiliates Team works as one team, in close partnership with partners such as Awin and Skyscanner, enjoying the benefits of these relationships.

What you’ll be doing:
- Hands-on Affiliate experience is essential, as you will plan, develop, and implement large-scale campaigns across affiliate and partnerships, working directly with partners such as Awin, Skyscanner, TripAdvisor, and Ice Travel Group.
- Collaborate with internal teams managing Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and App to ensure a unified marketing approach.
- Plan and implement large-scale Affiliate campaigns, making recommendations on optimizing and improving performance, including managing large budget changes.
- Use insightful data from campaigns to make informed, data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for performance and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with our creative and performance teams to ensure messaging consistency and effective ROI that drives bookings at an efficient CPA.
- Identify new growth opportunities and stay updated on platform features, industry trends, and news.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders internally (up to CEO) and externally (Awin, Skyscanner, TripAdvisor, Ice Travel Group, Kayak).
- Collaborate with wider marketing teams, including Data Science, Web Analytics, Revenue Marketing, Content, Brand, CRM, and Studio.
What you’ll have:
- With at least 2 years of hands-on Affiliates or Partnerships experience.
- Experience working in a commercially driven digital marketing environment, with targets across Affiliate or Partnerships channels.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills, able to provide actionable insights and demonstrate how data-driven decisions have improved performance.
- Confidence in communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels, building positive relationships.
- Experience with key platforms such as Awin, GA4, Campaign Manager, DV360, and the Google suite; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
