As our new Talent Attraction and Marketing Executive, you’ll work across the whole Talent Acquisition team, defining campaign‑led attraction strategies with TA Partners and Hiring Managers. You’ll bring fresh ideas to life, creating and delivering creative campaigns that attract the right candidates, to the right roles, at the right time.

The role exists to improve brand awareness, candidate engagement, campaign effectiveness and the quality of our attraction activity across all our channels. Social media forms part of the channel mix, but the primary focus is strategic recruitment marketing and employer brand activation, although close working relationships with the Social Media team will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and delivering end‑to‑end attraction campaigns for priority and hard‑to‑hire roles.
  • Creating engaging content (adverts, website copy, imagery, video) that brings our employer brand and culture to life and gives insight into how each role we recruit plays its part in Jet2’s mission to be the UK’s leading and best leisure travel business.
  • Managing and publishing organic and paid content across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, exploring new channels as they emerge.
  • Partnering closely with TA, Hiring Managers and Brand teams to align attraction activity with hiring needs and work closely with external marketing agencies on bringing campaigns to life.
  • Tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign performance, using insight to continuously improve attraction and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 360 degree marketing role, which encompasses planning, digital content creation, website ownership and campaign‑led attraction.
  • Strong content and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • A creative mindset combined with a data‑driven approach to performance and optimisation.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience is desirable but not essential.
