Due to internal progression, we are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to support the Flight Operations business area. You'll be the first point of contact for all ER matters and to provide generalist HR advice, support and guidance to Managers within our Flight Operations function, along with providing ongoing support to the HR Business Partner in their role.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll establish and build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
- You’ll be responsible for ER Case management, providing accurate and timely advice covering all levels of complexity, coaching Line Managers in reaching conclusions/decision making.
- You’ll undertake regular base visits to support Line Managers and engage with our Flight Operations colleagues.
- You’ll identify where HR matters/queries need to be escalated and referring them to the appropriate level of HR Management to ensure the relevant action is taken.
- You’ll undertake projects when necessary to ensure key HR processes are current to ensure a consistent and efficient service within the HR Team.
