The Product Marketing Manager leads the delivery of multi-channel hotelier marketing activity, ensuring campaigns, brochure production and events are executed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed SLAs. Managing and developing a high-performing team, they oversee workload planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement to ensure smooth and efficiently run Product and Hotelier marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team in the delivery of all Product-related marketing, brochure production and event fulfilment tasks.
- Partner with business stakeholders including Marketing and Trade teams to lead Product coordination of marketing activities, ensuring clear requirements and timelines to enable smooth delivery.
- Develop broad commercial awareness and work closely with the Product Seasonal team to understand commercial priorities and opportunities, translating these into the team’s ways of working, focus and delivery priorities.
- Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders and act as the first escalation and remedy point for issues related to Product-related marketing activity.
- Coach the team on accuracy, quality standards, and best-practice processes.
- Performance manage the team owning performance reviews, feedback and formal development.
- Take ownership for training new processes out to the team as and when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing campaign co-ordination or fulfilment, leading a team to deliver multiple concurrent activities accurately and on time.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrable experience in workload planning and resource allocation within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and knowledge of the travel industry would be desirable.
