Principal Product Manager

You'll help define Jet2.com and Jet2Holidays digital product strategy, alongside building and managing teams that create solutions that deliver the operational and financial targets of the business. You'll also: -\\n\\nLead a portfolio of product groups, owning the strategy, outcomes and execution of the finance and internal business digital product estate to deliver against the overall digital product strategy for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.\\nWork closely with Directors within the business to align objectives and agree on digital product strategies with your domain.\\nSet the vision, align your product strategy, and agree on OKRs with your product group.\\nBe a part of the Digital Product leadership team, and as such will agree and communicate the team's priorities within your teams and within the business.\\nWork hand in hand with internal departments to understand the needs of the business.\\nWork closely with counterparts in design, business analysis and software engineering to align product groups to deliver against the portfolio's objectives.\\nCoach your product teams to best define what to build to solve problems and deliver growth for the organisation.\\nWhat you'll have:\\n\\nOur Principal Product Manager – Finance will have a good understanding of working closely with UX design and software engineering leadership teams and have a strong record of working with senior levels to deliver commercial objectives of the business through digital products. You'll also: -\\n\\nHave experience in managing and coaching product teams.\\nHave a track record of shipping great products that users love.\\nHave a good understanding of Finance and other internal business processes, digital products and market landscape in areas such as Payments, Accounts Payable/Receivable, HR etc.\\nHave built product strategies alongside other business stakeholders, and aligned your product organisation to deliver against your strategy goals.\\nBe an effective communicator at all levels and areas of the business with strong stakeholder management skills.\\nBe an advocate for change, evangelise product management practices and support product-led culture across the organisation.\\nJoin us as we redefine travel experiences and create memories for millions of passengers.
