Who We’re Looking For:

This position is ideal for individuals leaving the military with experience as a mechanic or a licensed engineer, eager to transition into civilian aviation. We are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals ready to bring their expertise to our team.

Entry Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: NVQ Level 2 Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
  • A B1 License for those interested in Licensed Engineer vacancies.
  • Education: GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years served in the Armed Forces.

Training and Development:

To ensure a smooth transition, you will undergo an initial 5-week training course followed by a further 7-week period to gain hands-on maintenance experience on the job.
