As our new Senior Business Analyst, you'll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal.
You'll be part of the team that defines and owns the requirements for our e-commerce platform, back-office systems, and mobile apps, enabling Jet2.

Com flights and Jet2holidays packages\ N\n What you'll be doing: \ N\n Own and refinerequirements by capturing them as clear, testable user stories and defining acceptance criteria aligned with industry best practices. \ NCollaborate closely with delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and outcomes, using agile ceremonies such as '3-amigos' and 'Refinement' sessions. \ NModel business processes and solutions through workflows, user journey maps, and other visual artefacts to demonstrate as-is and to-be solutions. \ NBuild and maintain subject matter expertise by developing a deep understanding of our products, systems, and business processes, enabling you to provide informed guidance and support to teams. \ NUnderstand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts. \ NWork hand in hand with across different internal departments to understand the needs of the business and document how our systems are used.\ NCoach, mentor, and line manage Business Analysts, supporting their professional growth and day-to-day development. \ NTake an active role in shaping the BA community, contributing to best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. \ NSupport Lead BAs with complex analysis, providing expertise and insight to tackle challenging business problems and system interactions. \ N\n What you'll have: \ N\n You'll have extensive experience working as a business analyst, ideally in an agile or scaled environment.\ NYou'll have experience working alongside a development team.\ NYou'll have familiarity with an array of backlog management tools. \ NYou'll be personable, proactive and inquisitive with an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and great stakeholder management skills.\ NYou'll have experience in working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing workloads, and prioritising appropriately.\ NYou'll have experience in coaching, mentoring and developing more junior colleagues.\ N\n \n Join us as we redefine travel experiences and create memories for millions of passengers.
