In this role you will help to drive effective conversion through the development of impactful customer journeys that are relevant, personalised and continually optimised through testing.

Supported closely by Adobe, and working closely with marketing, analytics and tech teams you will build new impactful campaigns, and use data insights and testing to help continuously improve existing journeys.

From setting up new channels and supporting next best action decisioning that meets customer contact consent rules, you’ll develop journeys in Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) that are relevant, follow consent rules, and are flexible enough to meet changing business and trading needs.
