You’ll support the successful delivery of our Emerging Talent & Careers programmes, helping to create high‑quality learning experiences across the business:
- Support apprentices to complete development sessions and business projects alongside their qualifications.
- Work with training providers to ensure consistently high‑quality delivery.
- Support regular performance reviews with learners and managers.
- Analyse programme data to provide clear, accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and operational teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.
- Contribute to new programme development and maintain up‑to‑date careers content.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
