As our new Talent Acquisition Specialist – Flight Operations you will be a key part of a high performing internal recruitment team responsible for delivering the resourcing needs for our Flight Operations departments.

You will proactively manage internal and external candidates, as well as stakeholder relationships.

Delivering a professional service to the business that results in the sourcing of high calibre Pilots and Flight Operations colleagues to our growing business.
