As our new Talent Acquisition Partner – Flight Operations you will be a key part of a high performing internal recruitment team responsible for executing the ongoing resourcing needs for our Flight Operations departments, specifically Pilots. You will proactively manage external candidates, as well as senior stakeholder relationships. Delivering a professional service to the business that results in the delivery of high calibre Pilots and Flight Operations colleagues to our growing business.
