You'll be the technical authority across Adobe's marketing platforms, ensuring we maximise value, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and integrate seamlessly across our digital ecosystem.
You'll partner closely with product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to design scalable, futureproof solutions that power personalised journeys across every digital touchpoint.
What you'll be doing:
- Architect and design end to end solutions across the Adobe Experience Platform including Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, Target, and Launch that deliver highly personalised, omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, email, paid media, and emerging channels.
- Oversee data flows into and out of AEP, enabling real time activation, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
- Deliver high level estimations to guide prioritisation, planning, and delivery sequencing.
- Act as a trusted technology consultant to the business, helping them understand capabilities, constraints, and opportunities within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Support the development of the Martech strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans in collaboration with product owners and engineering teams.
- Proven experience operating as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead within complex, modern digital environments.
- Demonstrable experience designing distributed, cloud-native systems using Microservices, Event-driven architectures and Headless web topologies.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Strong leadership qualities, capable of influencing decision-making and guiding teams through ambiguity.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Familiarity with composable DXP architectures and modern frontend frameworks).
- Architectural experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including Sites, Assets and Edge Delivery Services.
