Product Marketing Manager leads the delivery of multi-channel hotelier marketing activity, ensuring campaigns, brochure production and events are executed accurately, on time, and in line with agreed SLAs. Managing and developing a high-performing team, they oversee workload planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement to ensure smooth and efficiently run Product and Hotelier marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team in the delivery of all Product-related marketing, brochure production and event fulfilment tasks.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders including Marketing and Trade teams to lead Product coordination of marketing activities, ensuring clear requirements and timelines to enable smooth delivery.
  • Developing broad commercial awareness and working closely with the Product Seasonal team to understand commercial priorities and opportunities, translating these into the team’s ways of working, focus and delivery priorities.
  • Providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders and acting as the first escalation and remedy point for issues related to Product-related marketing activity.
  • Coaching the team on accuracy, quality standards, and best-practice processes.
  • Performance managing the team, owning performance reviews, feedback and formal development.
  • Taking ownership for training new processes out to the team as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign co-ordination or fulfilment, leading a team to deliver multiple concurrent activities accurately and on time.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable experience in workload planning and resource allocation within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of the travel industry would be desirable.
