What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be working collaboratively as One Team with our other commercial lawyers, with a blend of work you’ll be responsible for and matters for which you’ll be supporting or supported by other lawyers.
- You’ll be responsible for review, drafting and negotiating contracts for a wide range of services and products.
- You’ll advise on a range of commercial law matters such as consumer law, supply chain & logistics, regulatory and compliance, marketing, data protection and intellectual property.
- You will have plenty of opportunity to take on new challenges, develop professionally and learn from our more senior lawyers.
- You’ll work closely with management and key stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll have:
- The role is well suited to qualified lawyers with about 1 to 3 years’ PQE gained at a well-regarded law firm or business, as well as Newly Qualified lawyers with sufficient commercial experience to demonstrate the skills, judgement and enthusiasm needed for the role.
- Candidates with considerable experience managing contracts who are currently working towards SQE or CILEX qualification and who can demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role will also be considered.
- Previous in-house experience and exposure to the travel and aviation sectors are not essential, but would be an advantage.
- You’ll have experience with dealing with commercial contracts.
- You’ll have a passion for learning and problem solving.
- You’ll have the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You’ll also be rigorous but commercial and have excellent attention to detail.
