Our General Maintenance Operative – Property will be a vital member of the Property Team, responsible for a wide range of maintenance works across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays UK and Overseas estate.
In this position, you will provide efficient support to the Property Team and colleagues, handling basic day-to-day maintenance across our property portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Reactive Maintenance
- Ensuring cleanliness and appearance of buildings and external areas, coordinating with Cleaners
- Adhering to H&S regulations including checks of emergency lighting, water temperatures, fire alarms, and fire doors
- Furniture movements and deliveries
- Storage/archiving administration
- Assisting contractors with generator testing
- Ad hoc maintenance jobs
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely work completion
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in building fabric, maintenance, or facilities management with minor repairs skills
- Confidence in various maintenance tasks
- PAT testing competency
- Experience with doors, windows, painting, and decorating
- Ability to work internally and externally on different building types
- Flexibility for working hours, overnight stays, and travel
- Physical fitness for lifting, carrying, walking
- Full, clean driving license
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Good computer skills
