Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) – Airbus Fleet
Jet2 is pleased to offer a new opportunity for an experienced full-time Synthetic Flight Examiner (SFE) to support the continued growth of our Airbus fleet. This is a non-flying role supporting the delivery of FSTD checking and training across the Jet2 Airbus initial and recurrent training programme. The role may also include classroom technical training, standardisation activity, and contribution to courseware development.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Airbus examiner who can deliver high-quality simulator checking and training in a professional, standardised, and supportive manner.
- Significant Airbus A320/A321 instructional and examining experience
- A current or recent UK CAA issued SFE/SFI qualification, on the A320 family
- At least 1,500 hours on multi-pilot aircraft
- Strong instructional/assessment and evaluation skills
- The ability to deliver simulator, classroom, or virtual classroom training to a consistently high standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, collaborative approach and a commitment to maintaining Jet2.com training standards
