As our new Software Engineering Manager, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll work closely with the Delivery Team members to ensure our projects are delivered as effectively as possible.
As our Software Engineering Manager, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including hybrid working (we’re in the office 3 days per week).
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll manage a number of highly skilled Software Engineers across multiple agile development teams including Scrum Masters, Lead Software Engineers, and Test Team Leads.
- You’ll provide coaching and ensure that consistent processes and practices are being followed across the development team.
What you’ll have:
- You’ll have a technical background with an understanding of software development techniques and testing approaches in a DevOps environment.
- You’ll have a good understanding of microservices architecture, automation testing, and modern tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud technologies.
- You’ll have experience of planning and delivering technical projects in a fast-paced scaled agile environment.
