We work together to really drive forward a ‘Customer First’ ethos, creating unforgettable package holidays and flights. We couldn’t do it without our wonderful people, and we are looking for a Senior Product Brand Executive to help us achieve our goal. The selected candidate will support and contribute on assigned Jet2holidays brands or sub‑brand, their portfolios, and roadmaps, focusing on delivering continued growth and quality while understanding and adapting to evolving customer needs and wants. This role will be offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and evolve the brand proposition and strategy, driving continuous development to maximise performance, differentiation, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns, aligned priorities, and strong brand growth.
- Use data, insights, and market trends to optimise product performance, inform decision-making, and maintain competitive advantage.
- Champion the customer experience, enhancing the end-to-end journey while ensuring consistent, high-quality brand delivery across all touchpoints.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities, including new products, destinations, partnerships, and long-term innovation to strengthen the brand portfolio.
- You’ll support marketing and distribution activity across key channels (including Marketing, Trade, and Contact Centre) to maximise promotional opportunities and brand visibility.
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.

- You’ll have the ability to adapt both written and verbal communication style to be appropriate to the audience.
- You’ll have experience in commercial brand or product development roles.
- You’ll have good commercial insight, with the ability to generate and develop ideas.
