Our Sales and Service Trainer - Glasgow will drive continuous improvement in onboard sales performance amongst Cabin Crew and help permanently establish a genuine and lasting sales culture in the business. You’ll achieve this through strong and effective training, development, motivation and communication. The role is based in the In-Flight Retail Team and reports to the In-Flight Retail Regional Performance Manager.
The role will require frequent travel, undertaking training and flying away from base. All candidates must hold a Full UK Driving license to be considered for the position. However, the role will be based in Glasgow and therefore will best suit someone in the Glasgow catchment area.
This is a Fixed Term Contract to cover summer secondment until 31st October 2025.
What you’ll do:
As our Sales and Service Trainer - Glasgow , you’ll deliver sales and service training for both the experienced permanent Crew of all ranks and our seasonal new starters. Working under In-Flight Retail, you’ll deliver high-impact service delivery and sales training, in line with current business requirements. You’ll also:

  1. Deliver one-to-one or group sales and service performance coaching and support, at base and online, along with the delivery of In-Flight Retail initiatives.
  2. Fly frequently and spend time at our Airport locations to observe our sales and service directly, identifying and implementing improvement actions.

Our Sales and Service Trainer - Glasgow will have demonstrable experience training colleagues, previous flying experience as Cabin Crew and have proven expertise in face-to-face selling. You’ll also possess:
  1. Well-developed presentation skills, with the ability to fully connect and engage with our Cabin Crew Team.
