As our PPC Specialist, you'll be reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly scale performance across our Google, Microsoft, and Apple Paid Search accounts, helping millions of customers create their perfect holiday. What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse and Optimise: You'll keep our PPC accounts running optimally day-to-day, driving keyword research, reviewing search terms, and rolling out fresh ad copy to align with our latest sales and promotions. You'll also play an active role in bid and budget management, using your analytical skills to understand performance and construct recommendations.
- Project Ownership: You'll take ownership of specific areas such as sub-brands, campaign types, and platforms, acting as the go-to person. You'll actively shape the approach for these areas, conduct structured tests to drive campaign optimisation, analyse the results, and deliver actionable recommendations to the wider team.
- Proactive Strategy: You'll balance routine tasks with proactive work, identifying and seizing new opportunities to take the channel forwards. Working with the PPC team leadership to help plan future activities, demonstrating tactical foresight and contributing to overall channel strategy.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Effectively collaborate with the PPC team, as well as other teams (including social, advertising, content, creative, and web analytics) to achieve shared goals. You'll present work to leads and managers, communicate clearly, and participate in reviews and supplier calls to share insights.
What you'll have:
- PPC Experience: A strong understanding of paid search, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of interfaces, operations, and industry trends. Proven track record of executing core daily Paid Search campaign management.
- Data-Driven: The ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations. Proficient in Excel, utilising formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation to leverage data and insights that inform decisions.
- Communication: The ability to concisely articulate analysis, insights, and recommendations. Confidently present ideas and projects to stakeholders.
