As our Overseas Operations Rostering Team Executive, you’ll play a key part in keeping our Resort and Airport Customer Helper teams running smoothly. You’ll create weekly rosters, ensure alignment with local legislation, meet key deadlines, and provide the essential admin support that keeps our overseas operation on track.

What you'll do:
- Creating and delivering Resort Customer Helper rosters for your allocated regions, ensuring property visits are covered and service levels are achieved.
- Preparing and sharing monthly information packs with destinations so you have everything needed to build accurate and effective rosters.
- Designing and distributing “Happy to Help” posters for properties requiring advertised visits - helping make our presence visible and welcoming in resort.
- Managing annual leave and public holiday calendars, keeping team records accurate and up to date.
- Updating rosters when changes arise and ensuring destinations receive revised versions promptly.
- Supporting the delivery of monthly variable pay reports to help ensure payments are accurate and timely.
- Building strong, positive relationships with Destination Management teams through regular communication and collaboration.
- Working closely with colleagues across different departments on projects that impact Overseas Operations, ensuring everything aligns with our wider goals.
What you'll have:
- Experience in the travel industry with a good understanding of Jet2holidays resorts would be great but it’s not essential.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), with strong Excel skills.
- Highly organised, numerate and analytical, with a real eye for detail.
- A confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels, both face-to-face and virtually.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to stay calm and focused in a busy operational environment.
- Flexible in your approach to working hours when operational needs require it.
- Equally comfortable working independently or as part of a wider team.
