What will you do in the role?

Reporting to the Hangar Manager, you’ll be responsible for the production and upkeep of all colleague data in accordance with Jet2.com and industry procedures. You’ll liaise with airport and third-party companies to ensure regulatory and economic objectives are met.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing colleague records, including holidays, medicals, expenses, and timesheets.
  • Organising and maintaining operational requirements such as driving approvals, colleague ID cards, uniform requests, and company training records.
  • Assisting the Hangar Manager with the induction of third-party contractors.
  • Managing and processing invoices associated with Hangar administration.

What do we need from you?

  • Excellent organisational skills, with experience maintaining accurate records and managing general administrative tasks.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • A proactive approach with strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in the aviation industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
