Based at Leeds Bradford Airport, as a Tooling Coordinator in our Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting our Tooling Support team, you’ll ensure we deliver on our mission — ‘Right Tool, Right Place, Right Time’ — by bringing strong organisation, data insight and collaboration into everything you do. Reporting to the Senior Tooling Supervisor, this is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days look the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide data analysis and reporting to support tooling projects, budgets and operational decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records for training, authorisations and compliance, coordinating renewals where needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support tooling activity and vendor performance.
  • Support training coordination, including booking courses and updating ELMS records.
  • Monitor and manage Technical Assist requests, ensuring timely updates and closure.
  • Produce insights on tooling performance (e.g. usage trends, shelf life and stock checks).
  • Coordinate team administration, including roster oversight, inductions and HR support.
  • Manage logistics such as vehicle servicing, medical bookings and consumable stock levels.
  • Review and process invoices and support general departmental administration.
