As our IT Hardware & Asset Manager, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end IT hardware and asset management service, leading the team to deliver a high‑quality, efficient, and customer‑focused service across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring that IT hardware services, procurement, and asset lifecycle management are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with agreed standards, policies, and service levels.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the IT Hardware & Asset Management team to deliver a reliable, customer‑focused service in line with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT hardware assets, ensuring accuracy, control, and governance.
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day operations including ticket management, stock control, and equipment fulfilment.
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and managing performance and delivery.
  • Working with stakeholders across the business to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Driving continuous improvement across systems, reporting, and processes.

What you'll have:

  • Experience in IT hardware asset management and procurement.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and asset tracking/CMDB.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.

This role is full‑time based at our Holiday House office in Leeds, with excellent opportunities for progression within a growing organisation.
