We’re looking for a HR Coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave from the end of March. In this role you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll report to the HR Business Partner and will take responsibility for providing an efficient, accurate and timely administrative support service encompassing all areas of generalist HR across the business.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing an internal inbox, responding to HR process related queries in a timely and effective manner, prioritising as appropriate.
- Collating updates and amending organisation charts monthly.
- Arranging fact find, disciplinary, appeal and grievance hearings, including production of invite and outcome letters.
- Inputting all ER activity and actions into our internal systems and logging onto trackers.
- Supporting HR Advisors and HR Business Partners with regular HR processes such as Data subject access requests, colleague engagement activity and ad-hoc projects.
What you’ll have:
- Excellent organisational and administration skills, with experience working within a process-driven/administrative environment.
- A confident personality with a proactive and constructive approach.
- Professionalism and confidential approach in all aspect of work, this is essential at all times due to the nature of the role.
- Ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
- Initiative and ability to identify, solve or escalate problems accordingly.
