As our new Graduate Cloud FinOps Analyst, you'll support our cloud adoption strategy, collaborating closely with finance, IT, and cloud engineering teams. The role will focus on managing and optimising cloud spend, providing financial insights, and driving accountability for cloud usage across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cloud technologies and financial operations, with a strong analytical mindset.

What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and track cloud spend across various platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Assist in forecasting cloud costs and provide regular variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cloud cost optimisation, including rightsizing, reserved instances, and volume discounts.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on cloud expenditure, trends, and savings opportunities.
- Work closely with cloud architects, IT, and engineering teams to implement cost-effective solutions.
- Suggest process improvements for cloud cost management as the company grows and scales its cloud usage.
What you’ll have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud financial management tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud billing models and services like compute, storage, networking, and database services.
- Proficient in Excel or other financial modelling tools.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
