As Digital MarTech Lead – Web & App, you will act as the technical design authority for Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) across web and app. You will partner with CRM, CDP, Audience Strategy, Architecture, Data and Engineering to build a scalable, commercially driven personalisation capability. This is a senior personalisation and MarTech role within the Digital Experience function, shaping how web and app personalisation, experimentation and 1:1 customer experiences are scaled across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. This role focuses on decisioning logic, technical standards and enablement patterns rather than delivery execution—ensuring personalisation can respond quickly to trading priorities while remaining robust, performant and future‑proof, particularly through CMS migration and app evolution.
You will bridge commercial intent, personalisation strategy and technical enablement, operating within a shared platform ownership model alongside CRM and Architecture, while retaining accountability for web and app application within a wider MarTech Centre of Excellence.

What you’ll be doing:
- Platform Leadership (Web & App)
- Act as technical authority for Adobe Target and AJO on web and app
- Define decisioning patterns, real‑time vs batch usage and integration approaches
- Partner across CRM and Architecture to ensure consistent, scalable use
- Act as escalation point for complex platform challenges
- Personalisation Strategy & Enablement
- Advise on personalisation strategy beyond tools
- Drive progression to 1:1 experiences using behavioural, lifecycle and value signals
- Partner with Data Science to operationalise predictive models
- Guide best use of targeting, experimentation and algorithms
- Use Case Design & Experimentation
- Shape and prioritise high‑value, scalable use cases
- Design targeting, testing and journey orchestration approaches
- Ensure strong measurement frameworks with Analytics
- CMS & Architecture Collaboration
- Enable CMS‑agnostic, reusable capabilities
- Influence CMS migration and app evolution
- Improve speed to market through scalable front‑end patterns
- Technical Excellence & Governance
- Support enablement with strong JavaScript and diagnostic capability
- Partner on data layers and event design
- Define standards, QA approaches and governance frameworks
- Co‑author a Web & App Personalisation Playbook
What you’ll have:
- Proven senior experience in MarTech, personalisation or experimentation
