Responsibilities
- You’ll work collaboratively as part of One Team with our other commercial lawyers, supporting or being supported by other lawyers.
- You’ll be responsible for review, drafting and negotiating contracts for a wide range of services and products.
- You’ll advise on a range of commercial law matters such as consumer law, supply chain & logistics, regulatory and compliance, marketing, data protection and intellectual property.
- You’ll have plenty of opportunity to take on new challenges, develop professionally and learn from our more senior lawyers.
- You’ll work closely with management and key stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications
- Qualified lawyers with about 1 to 3 years’ PQE gained at a well‑regarded law firm or business, as well as newly qualified lawyers with sufficient commercial experience to demonstrate the skills, judgement and enthusiasm needed for the role.
- Candidates with considerable experience managing contracts who are currently working towards SQE or CILEX qualification and who can demonstrate the necessary skills will also be considered.
- Previous in‑house experience and exposure to the travel and aviation sectors are not essential, but would be an advantage.
- You’ll have experience dealing with commercial contracts.
- You’ll have a passion for learning and problem solving.
- You have the ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced and challenging environment, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You’ll also be rigorous but commercial with excellent attention to detail.
