We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented CNS Administrator to join our Flight Operations team. This role involves managing aircraft navigation databases, supporting aerodrome management projects, and ensuring operational information is accurate and compliant.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Flight Operations documents, databases, and aircraft capability records.
  • Manage the aircraft navigation database rollout each AIRAC cycle.
  • Investigate and escalate navigation database coding issues.
  • Create and publish crew communications and operational NOTAMs.
  • Support the aerodrome management working group and assess charter destination suitability.
  • Assist with flight procedure coding and simulator testing.
  • Liaise with airports, navigation database providers, and air traffic services.
  • Support the rollout of charting and electronic operational flight plan application updates to crew iPads.
  • Support Flight Operations Technical projects and procedure implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interested in aviation operations, navigation systems, or flight operations technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Confidence working with technical documentation and operational data.
  • Experience within aviation or airline operations is advantageous but not essential.

This role will be working Monday – Friday and offers the opportunity for hybrid working (2 days a week in the office). Some travel (UK and abroad) may be required for training, meetings, or aircraft visits.
