Jet2. com and Jet2holidays are recruiting for an Advanced Crewing Support Desk Assistant to join the Advanced Crewing Team.
Reporting to the Advanced Crewing Supervisor, you will support the crews across our 14 UK bases and overseas operations, ensuring timely handling of calls and queries.
The role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern (2 earlies, 2 lates, 4 off) with 12-hour days.
You’ll help with swaps, protect windows, and administrative tasks while maintaining a calm, customer-focused approach.
